The easy-to-use ELO BLP enables – either automatically in the background or by clicking a button in the dialogue box – an integrated storage of business documents in the ELO ECM system:
- Processing output from Dynamics NAV with the Output Manager,
- Filing and workflow control of scanned documents originating from incoming mail,
- Barcode recognition of scanned documents,
- Storage of Microsoft Word, Excel and OneNote documents,
- Archiving of e-mail from Microsoft Outlook,
- Archiving of files directly from the file system,
- Revision-secure management of data and vouchers beyond the mandatory safekeeping period.
The entire document processing is effortlessly controlled via the central setting in BLP. BLP’s unique technological concept ensures high flexibility and investment security. In case of a system switch from MS Dynamics Navision to MS Dynamics Axapta, for example, only application templates must be replaced. At the same time, the fully defined business logic, process, and workflows remain unchanged.
