2016 IT & Business: ELO Digital Office showcases process automation and networking

From October 4 - 6, 2016, ELO Digital Office will appear as a platinum sponsor at IT & Business in Stuttgart. Under the motto "Experience digital innovation" the Stuttgart - based developer of software for enterprise content manag ement (ECM) will present the latest version of its flagship product 'ELO ECM Suite 10' as well as numerous new ELO Business Solutions targeted at optimizing processes in hall 1, booth 1A13 . In collaboration with Elabo and its smart factory, ELO will also showcase the topic of Industry 4.0 at the trade fair in hall 1, booth 1E59.

The digital revolution has long arrived in both private and business life, enabling companies to automate and network business processes. Enterprise content management (ECM) systems provide the foundation for digitization. This is why ELO Digital Office has improved its ECM Suite, now available in version 10, scoring not only in terms of user-friendliness, but also in the areas of workflow and collaboration.

ELO Business Solutions can be seamlessly integrated into ELO ECM Suite 10, which serves as the base platform. They are based on experience acquired in successful projects and use best practice approaches to define company-wide standards for processes. Furthermore, they can be customized with little effort. At IT & Business, ELO will present the following solutions:

 ELO Business Solution Invoice: Incoming invoices are processed in full and the retrieved data is automatically transferred to the ERP system. Users can monitor the status of all incoming invoices on the invoice dashboard. Different evaluation and reporting functions ensure transparency and efficient invoice management.  

 ELO Business Solution Contract: This solution manages contracts over the course of their lifecycle. The contract management dashboard helps users to keep an overview of all contract terms and deadlines. 

 ELO Business Solution Visitor: This solution allows users to quickly record visitor data and issue visitor badges, enabling them to keep track of how many visitors are currently on company premises.

 ELO Business Solution Public Sector: This solution uses digital files and automated transaction processing to meet the special requirements placed by authorities on organizing and managing records. Sophisticated permissions concepts protect sensitive data while ensuring revision controlled long-term archiving.  

Visitors can also experience how the ELO Business Solutions 'Contract' and 'Visitor' work in practice at the Elabo booth. Showcasing trend-setting production, the smart factory simulated there demonstrates the necessity of optimal interaction between a wide range of IT business solutions, such as ECM, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and customer relationship management (CRM). Elabo presents complex networked processes for manufacturing clocks, from configuration to production through to sales and service.
