ELO ECM – Efficient Digital Information Management
15. February 2017 -
ELO Digital Office can be found at this year's CeBIT in hall 3, booth F30. The event will follow the motto "D!CONOMY - NO LIMITS". The greatest showroom for digitization in the world will present the most important developments in digital transformation. This includes enterprise content management systems (ECM), which provide the perfect foundation for transforming business models. ELO will turn the spotlight on version 10.1 of its ECM suite, which features a new 'ELOanalytics' module for providing companies with optimized information analysis functions. The Stuttgart-based ECM manufacturer has also expanded its Business Solutions portfolio to include a new knowledge management solution.
With ELO ECM Suite 10.1 , which includes both ELOprofessional for SMEs and the high-end ELOenterprise system, ELO has dedicated itself to providing a streamlined document management solution. Search filters, Java and Web Clients, and various clients for Microsoft Office have been improved and redesigned. Forms now support the addition of a written signature. On the one hand, ELO has placed a focus on mobile working and access to the repository while on the go with its 'ELO for Mobile Devices' app. On the other, an emphasis has also been placed on seamless team communication across departments and companies with ELO collaboration tools.
The new ' ELOanalytics ' module provides company knowledge on-demand in diagram form, allowing users to evaluate entire databases based on defined criteria in a matter of seconds. It goes without saying that the product component can used in combination with the ELO Business Solutions.
The Business Solutions portfolio has also been expanded to include a solution for knowledge management . Up to now, the range of solutions included visitor, contract, and invoice management, along with an e-records management solution for the public sector.
As every year, certified ELO Business Partners will also be on hand to present their custom solutions based on ELO software. More specifically: Actiware, Applied international informatics, Gerling Consulting, Id-netsolutions, Konica Minolta, Modus Consult, Nexory, Nord West Business Consult, Pcm, Prodatis Consulting, and SideStep. The team at the fair is rounded off by representatives from the international ELO subsidiaries.
