ELO for Abacus

Document interface

Abacus transfers documents or entire dossiers to ELO for archiving using a secure, encrypted connection. Once the integration has been set up, all new documents and dossiers created in Abacus are synchronized with the ELO repository and kept in constant sync. All the while, the hierarchical structures in ELO and Abacus remain identical. This allows ELO users to access the data with an ELO client or mobile ELO app. Abacus users can view the document as normal in the Abacus dossier or open it for editing in the ELO Web Client with a single click.

Data interface

To deliver optimized digital processes, all systems require access to consistent and high-quality master data. Many processes run across systems and therefore require a uniform data basis or need to enrich and change existing data. ELO for Abacus supports bidirectional data exchange. For example, Abacus can report a change in status to ELO and trigger an update of the metadata. Master data of customers or employees stored in Abacus may be required to control processes in contract, invoice, or HR management in ELO. ELO for Abacus can synchronize the data cyclically in its own local databases or ensure real-time access to the ERP data.
