Founded over 50 years ago, RUCH NOVAPLAST is an innovative company at the technological forefront of particle foam solutions in Europe. With the experience of over 300 new products developed annually, the company manufactures solutions for the automotive, heating and ventilation industries as well as for applications in lightweight construction, hobby and motor sports.

Challenge

Incoming invoices
To find a solution that automatically recognizes incoming invoices, synchronizes the order information and transfers them to Microsoft Dynamics AX. This would subsequently trigger an invoice approval workflow. The responsible employees as well as the payment terms relevant for processing the workflow would then be loaded from the vendor master data in Microsoft Dynamics AX.

 

Outgoing documents
All outgoing documents generated via Microsoft Dynamics AX would be transferred automatically to ELO.

Seamless integration between ELO and Microsoft Dynamics AX was essential.

Solution

Incoming invoices
ELO DocXtractor automatically identifies and classifies incoming invoices and synchronizes them with the supplier and order data from Microsoft Dynamics AX. This information is transferred to ELO ECM Suite and assigned to the relevant employee with an ELO workflow. Business Solution ELO Invoice was implemented to provide managers and the controlling department an adaptable overview. Information can be viewed and evaluated on a dashboard.

 

Outgoing documents
With ELO BLP, all documents generated in Microsoft Dynamics AX are transferred to ELO as PDF, stored in the correct folder structure, and important information is added.

 

Seamless integration
With ELO Business Connect, all documents related to the current Microsoft Dynamics AX object are displayed in real time.
